We are one of the largest human service providers in Southeastern Massachusetts, serving over 140,000 children and families with services ranging from Family Stabilization, Youth Development, Violence Prevention and Mental Health Counseling.
We do this important and compelling work through seven full-facility branches, a multi-site child care branch; a branch serving families experiencing homelessness and a branch that operates residential/non-residential programs for adolescents. The Old Colony YMCA has over a $60 million operating budget and approximately 2,000 employees. Our corporate offices are located in Brockton, MA.
We are seeking a cause-driven leader to serve on our senior leadership team as our Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation. He/She will be responsible for overseeing association-wide strategic planning, clinical operation and quality management in support of the Old Colony Y’s (OCY) mission and strategic goals.
- Lead OCY Strategic Plan development, implementation and monitoring to ensure strategic alignment with the Mission and Y of the USA National Charter Standards.
- Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical short and long-term expansion goals.
- Lead and integrate clinical quality improvement activities across the association
- Serve as lead clinical advisor for contract development, negotiation and management.

A minimum of ten years of clinical management experience in public or private agencies providing child welfare services, juvenile justice, behavioral health or related fields and Massachusetts Social Work Licensure (LICSW) preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
