Roxbury is a unique inpatient facility offering acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehab services for adults. We also offer anÂ inpatient psychiatric programÂ for adolescents that is designed to treat youth ages 13-17 in a caring and nurturing environment. Our medical team is composed of board eligible/certified psychiatrists, PAs/CRNPs, and nurses that provide close medical monitoring and the highest quality of care to our patients.
We are currently recruitingÂ RN House Supervisors.Â There are two positions available - one for the overnight shifts including every other weekend.Â and the other House Supervisor is for Saturday and Sunday day shift, every weekend.Â This position works along with the Nurse Manager to help lead all of our nursing and mental health staff on the acute psychiatric units, as well as the chemical dependency unit.Â Â The RN House Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on assigned shift.Â This position is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. Primary responsibilities include: providing administrative management, prioritization and delegation of duties for all facility staff; participation in shift coverage as needed and deemed necessary as part of the nursing administrative team; staff and program scheduling; and performing direct patient care services.
