We are seeking a Scheduler for Weekend shifts to join our Nursing Support Team.  The Weekend Scheduler is a .6 part-time benefit eligible position.  The Weekend Scheduler will work twelve hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 7pm.

The responsibilities of the Weekend Scheduler are:

• Performs scheduling and staffing function for Nursing Services for the hospital every weekend.. 
• Ensures the facility is properly staffed at all times. 
• Interacts with Unit Nurse Managers (UNM) and Supervisors as needed to ensure the efficient operation and coordination of staffing needs and requirements are met. 
• Assist with scheduling of  Nursing Services staff, including Nurses and Mental Health Technicians (MHT).   
• May be used as a Mental Health Tech on a unit as needed.  The MHT provides direct care to children, adolescents and adult patients with psychiatric disorders to ensure the safety and well being of the patients.
