The Intensive Outpatient Program is located at 10138 West Broad Street in Glen Allen, VA.
*The program is Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 530-830; however, there may be times that you have to come earlier to complete an assessment or stay later for requested individual or family sessions. This is a group based program and has 3 session per day. We focus on mood/goals and psychoeducational. Forms that you would need to complete consist of Problem Sheets, Master Treatment Plan and Assessments.The clinician also assist with short-term disability forms as needed. The clinician is responsible for group notes for each session. Notes will be filed in the patients chart. Group topics are to planned ahead of time and the clinician has to be engaged.

The candidate will:
Provide psycho-social assessments, individual and family therapies
Carry a case load, develop treatments plans, lead special focus process/educational
groups, and participate in unit activities
Maintain regular contact with resident's referral sources, command, and families.
Provide timely and accurate documentation
Perform continuous quality improvement activities, such as chart audits and documentation
