North Spring Behavioral Healthcare,a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is an award-winning behavioral health facility serving the needs of children and adolescents. Those services include an 87-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, a 15-bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and a recently opened Outpatient Services Partial Hospitalization Program. North Spring has two service expansions planned over the next 18 months.

Psychologist II provides psychotherapy and clinical care services for resident age 9 to 17 and their families. Provides psychological assessments as dictated by the treatment plan and within a time frame established by facility policy.
Provides psychological assessments as dictated by the treatment plan and within a timeframe established by facility policy.
Provides psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
Attends all treatment teams for assigned residents.
Attends weekly/monthly clinical supervision as assigned.
Provides weekly clinical supervision as assigned.
Approximately, 80% to 100% of psychological evaluations are completed for the facility (dependent on clinical caseload).
Completes all program notes before the end of the business day.
Completes psycho-social assessment within 72 hours of admission.
Monthly treatment team reports are due 48 hours before treatment team.
Responds to crisis situations and manages resident behaviors in accordance with the Behavioral Management Program.
Assists with the unit milieu to guide the development of acceptable habits and attitudes by consistently and fairly implementing the behavioral program, emphasizing good choices, and positive interactions.
Consistently follows the program schedule and implements all safety and security procedures.
Serve as a role model for residents.
Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility.
