Mary Dozier’s Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC) Lab at the University of Delaware (UD) is looking to hire a postdoctoral fellow. The position involves working on a randomized clinical trial that tests the efficacy of an early home-visiting intervention (ABC) adapted for opioid-dependent mothers and their infants. The postdoctoral fellow will join a collaborative team overseeing research activities and will deliver study interventions (ABC and an active comparison focused on developmental education) to a small caseload of participants. Research activities may include conducting interviews, acquiring dyadic autonomic data from mothers and infants, assessing infant developmental status, and assisting with infant MRI scanning. Prior experience with these modalities is not required but would be an asset. Training and supervision in study interventions will be provided; prior clinical experience is not required.
Ph.D. required, preferably in Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
The position is available immediately and will remain open until filled. Please send CV and letter of interest to Madelyn Labella, email@example.com.
