Valley Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Audiologist/HA Dispenser to join our team. Centrally located within a two hour drive to three national parks including Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, three hour drive to San Francisco, Sacramento and the beautiful Pacific Ocean and three and a half hour drive to Los Angeles, we're located in the most affordable region in the state with little commute time.
This position is accountable for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with auditory disorders/hearing impairments and dispensing hearing aids.
This position requires: A) a Master’s Degree in Audiology. Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) preferred; B) a current California state licensure to practice Audiology; C) a current California state Hearing Aid Dis-penser license; D) a minimum of three years pediatric experience or five years of related experience; E) a current BLS certification.; F) a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) isued by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or membership in the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and bilingual skills preferred.
