Overview Behavioral Float Pool All Psych Associates and RNs report to a nurse manager The float pool consists ofapproximately 30 RNs and 60 Psych Associates The float pool serves a wide spectrum of patients within the Behavioral Health department including child/adolescents, adults, and seniors. Responsibilities/Job Description The Psych Associate is responsible for the delivery of patient care, and promotion of a therapeutic environment as delegated by and under the supervision of the RN so that the goals and objectives of treatment are achieved on each unit as assigned. Physical Demands:Sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, push/pull, stoop
