This is a perfect role for a stronggeneralistLicensed Mental Health Professionalwho also has experience with crisis interventionand who isflexible and eager to use their skills in a new setting. This employment opportunity is at the Transition Clinic located at M Health Fairview St. Josephs Campus in St. Paul. The Transition Clinic is open 7 days per week from 8AM 11PM. The current schedule for day and evening shifts is 8a-4:30p and 3-11:30p. Currently, we are looking for PM coverage during the week and both AM and PM coverage on the weekends. The Transition Clinic is virtual care at this time and both day and evening shifts can be worked remotely. LMHP will also provide crisis assessments for the patients at Woodwinds and St. Johns Emergency Departments and Bethesda. This position performs emergency clinical assessment, brief psychotherapy, provider consultation, and crisis support, and connects clients who are in need of care, and/or families, to additional behavioral services. This position works with a multidisciplinary team to provide consultation relating to the patients next level of care. Coordinates care with other medical and mental health professionals, peer support, and entities included in the care of clients. Clinical Services
