As a Patient Food Services Manager, in the Food Services Department at Children’s Health, you will be primarily responsible for leading patient services staff to ensure meals are properly prepared, plated, and delivered to patients. Ensure patient/ customer and employee safety and satisfaction. Provide leadership and managerial support in the hiring, scheduling, and development of patient services staff. The ideal candidate would be a registered dietitian in order to provide nutritional guidance. The Patient Services Manager is responsible for monitoring quality metrics and changes in practice that impact clinical, financial, or operational outcomes and develops action plans to address areas for improvement In this role, you will be expected to:

Required: Two-year Associate’s degree with 4 years’ experience and Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Four-year Bachelor’s degree with 2 year’s experience and either one of CDM/RD |
