Assistant Professor in Human Development
The Department of Family & Consumer Studies (FCS) at the University of Utah invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position to begin July 2022.  FCS seeks a candidate with training in the area of human development who will strengthen our program’s capacity on infant and child development in diverse ecological contexts. We are especially interested in scholars who integrate cultural, interpersonal, and individual aspects of development and whose work can enhance our department’s interdisciplinary and innovative research on grand challenges affecting children’s optimal development. For example, candidates’ research might examine how social inequities affect infant and child development in low-resource communities; or implementation models that bolster
