St. Lukes Health System in Boise is seeking a full time Lead CST to join our amazing Neurosurgery Surgical Services team. The Neurosurgery team specializes in BrainLab, Stealth, craniotomies for tumors, subdural hematomas, aneurysms, ACDF, and other fusions.

Schedule: Full time (.9 FTE / 72 hours per pay period) Day Shift - with some call.

Position Summary

The Certified Surgical Technologist is responsible for identifying and securing instrumentation and equipment neededfor invasive procedures and demonstrating proficient use and implementation of the same.

Unit Summary

The Boise Operating room serves all specialties outside CVOR and L&D. We are the largest OR in the system and support the highest acuity patient population in Pediatric Trauma, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, OMF, Plastics, Urology, Bariatrics and General surgery. We have a fast-paced environment that encourages teamwork and fosters ongoing growth. Our facility is co-located with both the regions Childrens Hospital and the Cancer Institute.

General/Pediatric (Trauma); St. Lukes is the pediatric trauma center for the state of Idaho
