The position functions as an interdisciplinary team member within the Addiction Recovery Treatment Services Program (ARTS). Peer specialists perform a variety of therapeutic and supportive tasks including facilitating support groups and meeting with Veterans one on one to assess support needs. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 05/24/2022. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
