DescriptionThe Division of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is offering a recurring one-year Physical Therapy Fellowship with a special focus on leadership in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). DEI Fellowships are also being offered in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Fellows will be required to provide clinical services for approximately 75% of their workload. The remainder of their experience will be focused on education and instruction in the DEI space through the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, along with designing and implementing projects that fall into one of the following broad categories: (1) improving staff knowledge and skills with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the delivery
