DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: RESEARCH FELLOW-Data/TechnologyDEPARTMENT: VariesSUPERVISOR'S TITLE: FacultyTITLES SUPERVISED: Research Assistants; Data Analysts; BiostatisticiansTOTAL NUMBER OF FTE's DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY SUPERVISED: 0-4PURPOSE OF POSITION: Dr. Miraldi's Immuno-Engineering Laboratory seeks a computational research fellow to build mathematical models of the immune system in vivo. These models will be constructed from cutting-edge, high-dimensional, immune-system measurements (e.g., single-cell genomics, chromatin state, proteomics). Our mathematical modeling frameworks span mechanistic (e.g., dynamic gene regulatory networks)
