DescriptionA postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available immediately in Dr. Mattia Quattrocelli's laboratory in the Division of Molecular Cardiovascular Biology in the Heart Institute. The Quattrocelli lab investigates the interplay between metabolic, circadian and epigenetic mechanisms to govern pharmacology and physiology of cardiovascular disease and skeletal muscle disorders. We are expanding our research interest from basic mechanisms of striated muscle function to complex disease contexts like aging, diabetes, heart failure and muscle wasting. Moreover, we are interested in linking functional outcomes to the crosstalk between striated muscl
