The Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Office of Innovation, Alignment, and Accountability (OIAA) is looking for a Program Evaluator to support the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program. ESIT utilizes everyday learning opportunities to build on family strengths by providing coordination, supports, resources, and services to enhance the development of children with developmental delays and disabilities.  The ESIT Evaluator will plan, manage, and conduct evaluation research to assess the extent to which ESIT meets its identified objectives, monitor the implementation of its State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) activities, and evaluate the effects of SSIP interventions on program outcomes.
