The Senior Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist (surgical neurophysiologist) performs all activities necessary for intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM) during a variety of cases in order to protect the nervous system, reduce or avoid complications, and advocate for the patient. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and ICARE values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Provides real-time IOM for neurosurgical, orthopedic, interventional radiology, vascular, and ENT services (additionally others that may request).
