DescriptionSUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Responsible for a variety of training and development duties throughout the hospital. Much of the work focuses on ensuring that nurses have the skills and training to succeed in their individual units.REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIESAnalysisCollaborates and works closely with point of care education council, Education Consultant, and other educators to analyze and validate educational needs of individuals or groups within the point of care. Employs a formalized process to develop data collection and analysis methods to determine the educational needs of individuals/ groups at the point of care. Formal assessment of learning needs is completed at least once each year for the point of care.Desi
