Assigned patient population has highly complex social, medical, and mental health problems. This position is assigned to work within an interdisciplinary team to provide these services ensuring Veterans timely access to mental health and psychosocial services. Many Veterans referred for treatment may also be resistant to engaging in treatment and high-risk.
