Nemours is seeking a full time Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team!! The Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the Nurse Manager to facilitate daily operations of the unit. These responsibilities include but are not limited to facilitating conversations with flow supervisors and charge nurses to create department plans related to volume, development of flow supervisors, department representation at necessary meetings, project oversite and management, auditing of department processes, maintaining appropriate daily staffing, verify department schedule before approval, disciplinary action, behavior coaching among team and ensuring accountability of associates.
