This program is a part of the Mental Health Service, responsible for maintaining high-quality residential rehabilitation/treatment service for Veterans with multiple and severe medical conditions, mental illness, addiction, psychosocial deficits. Identifies and address's goal of rehabilitation, recovery, health maintenance, improved quality of life, and community integration in addition to specific treatment of medical conditions, mental illnesses, addictive disorders, and homelessness.
