DescriptionExpected Starting Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Responsible for managing patient and family communications for the organization.As a Specialist in Patient & Family Communications, you will be part of a team that is working to enhance, coordinate and improve the communications experience for patients and families at Cincinnati Children's. The role includes responding quickly when needed to create messages that inform and provide guidance to families. A candidate will be comfortable creating relationships with experts across the medical center, asking curious questions to help determine where opportunities for improvement exist, and seeking/receiving feedback from key stakeholders to create clear, consistent, timely
