Medical Social Worker - Acute Rehab - Patient & Family Services - Part TimeSUMMARY: This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, brief therapy, case consultation with the healthcare team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. Mental Health interventions, including 5150 evaluations, are an essential component of the service provision.JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Masters Degree from an accredited School of Social Work. Eligible for license - LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred. Minimum six (6) months in a healthcare
