Nemours is seeking a Supervisor, Professional Fee Coding and Billing to join our Nemours Children's Health team. This is a Remote position. Under the supervision of Manager of Revenue Cycle, supervises the daily coding and billing of the Business Office. Assists with maintaining and developing process standards and reliable methods to ensure timely and accurate charging and coding. Provides training and support to users and acts as a liaison with the CBO team(s) within the Business Office. Performs periodic quality audits of individual work assignments, and monitors productivity to ensure accuracy within all aspects of the Revenue Cycle. Assists management with departmental process improvements to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs)
