Job Summary The Child Life Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing programs and activities designed to reduce stress caused by hospitalization, considering normal human development and the impact that illness, injury, disability, and hospitalization have on this process. The Child Life Therapist will provide programming, including preoperative teaching, diversion activities, procedural support, and developmental play therapy.
