DescriptionAt Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, PRN/Standby Child Life Specialists work throughout the medical center to provide essential psychosocial and procedural support to patients and their families when primary CCLS is on leave. PRN/Standby Child Life Specialists work a minimum of 160 hours every 8 weeks and may work up to 129 hours/month. The Division of Child Life and Integrative Care utilizes a self-scheduling system for PRN/Standby Child Life Specialists to select the shifts they would like to work.This PRN/Standby position allows Certified Child Life Specialists the opportunity to learn skills in multiple areas of child life practice including (but not limited to): Emergency Department, inpatient units, Same Day Surgery, and outpatien
