Postdoctoral Research Fellow- Liver Organoids - Takebe Lab
DescriptionThe Takebe Lab in the Center for Stem Cell and Organoid Medicine (CuSTOM) has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral Research Fellow. The project is to create an innovative liver organoid platform from healthy and diseased human stem cells with the goal of applying it into pharmaceutical and precision screening. In close collaboration with industry partners and the newly established CuSTOM Accelerator laboratory, the fellow will develop robust and scalable organoid protocols, implement genome editing and multi-omics methods to evaluate organoids, and devise high speed live imaging-based protocols for studying the pharmacological respo
