Position SummaryWe are recruiting for a Chemistry Lead Medical Lab Scientist to join our team at the Thomas Main Lab located in downtown Phoenix. $4000 sign on bonus is offered. This position is a 1.0 FTE, hourly, Monday-Thursday, 5a-3:30p position. Lead MLS staff work side by side with bench techs. They ensure orientation, training, and competencies are completed correctly and timely. They also ensure SOPs are strictly followed, provide feedbacks on daily workflows/quality, assist in validations/verifications, and monitor inventory. This position will work very closely with the PhD Chemistry and Chemistry Supervisor on the expansion of testing and services provided in the section.
