The incumbent assigned to PACT is an integral member of the multidisciplinary teams, providing Social Work services to patients on the PACT teams at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS). Patients are adult males and females of whom are veterans of the U. S. Armed Forces. The Social Worker also works with spouses, children and significant others, involving them in the planning and treatment process in order to enhance the care of the veteran. BASIC REQUIREMENTS.
