Harm Prevention Program Manager
The Harm Prevention Program Manager is an experienced leader who provides oversight for the Harm Prevention Program operations, planning, and portfolio of work. The manager shares accountability with Quality and Safety and Patient Care Services leadership for harm prevention outcomes. The manager ensures that the Harm Prevention Program goals are aligned with the enterprise organization goals and the Quality & Safety strategic plan. The Program Manager has an in-depth understanding of current pediatric healthcare delivery systems and the range of external influences impacting hospital acquired conditions. This position will continue to shape the Harm Prevention Program and guide projects, directly translating and disseminating the Quality & Safety Strategic Plan
