JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is part of an innovative project to improve access to behavioral health for children at their doctor's office!! This is part of the Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health Program in our Villages location. This position is responsible for working with patients and families to identify, examine, and treat mental health and emotional issues and disorders. Common duties include assessing patient needs, designing treatment plans, conducting individual, group and family counseling sessions, monitoring patient progress, implementing case management techniques, preparing treatment reports, and making referrals. The LMHC will provide psychotherapy and psychosocial support for children with a broad array of diagnoses, including but not lim
