Nemours is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of registration functions. Coordinates adequate staffing to support all points of services as assigned. Works collaboratively with all clinical partners to ensure that patients are registered in a prompt and courteous manner. Ensures team's success in meeting and exceeding monthly collection goals by providing associates with the tools and training necessary to assist in meeting accuracy standard goals and minimize registration errors. Supports the team by providing the team with timely coaching and meaningful feedback to enhance their performance outcomes. Assists with service
