Department Overview
The Radiology department provides a complete range of sedated and nonsedated diagnostic imaging procedures for major and minor pediatric surgery, disease, or injury. Twenty-four hour consultation services as well as education and outreach programs are available.
Position Summary
Provides health care services using X-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques producing images for interpretation by and at the request of a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
The schedule for this position will be 7 days on, 7 days off. You will be scheduled to work consistently Monday through Friday from 5:30am until 1:00pm and then Saturday and Sunday from 5:00am until 5:30pm.
* ARRT certification as a radiologic technologist.* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
* 1-2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
