Primary functions:This position is responsible for providing interpreter services and some written translations for inpatient, outpatient and emergency areas of care at Nemours Children's Hospital. Interpreter will provide services in the consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes of interpretation. The interpreter will interpret spoken language for patients, families, and hospital staff to facilitate safe and reliable communication between everyone involved. Essential Functions:Provide interpretation for patients and hospital staff using protocols and practice standards for medical Interpreters.Ability to convert a spoken message into its equivalent without adding, omitting, or changing the meaning in the target language. Spe
