Nemours is seeking a part-time Adolescent and Young Adult Nurse Coordinator to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.The Adolescent and Young Adult Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for the development of program goals and objectives as well as programming priorities and evaluation of efforts. They will manage the workflow as well as the policies and procedures of the AYA program. They will oversee the oncology dataset creation and coordinate services at NCH-DE as part of the collaborative AYA program. They will also assist in transition to AYA survivorship at the completion of therapy. The AYA Nurse Coordinator will lead efforts to further expand the collaborative partnership between The Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer
