The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Social Worker interprets and implements Social Work Service/Mental Health & Behavioral Science as well as HBPC/Geriatrics & Extended Care (GEC) policies and procedures and interprets and supports the overall policies and procedures of the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
