The Outreach and Case Management Supervisor is responsible for the professional and administrative management of Health Care for Homeless Veterans Outreach and Case Management team members. The incumbent will provide leadership, direction, orientation, coaching, in-service training, staff development, and continuing education programs for assigned clinical and administrative staff. This position requires significant travel within the community requiring a valid driver's license.
