Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the assessment of patients including development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. The position will be working in our Critical Care and Intermediate Care (IMC) units. This person interprets and performs complex patient care procedures that are specific to their area of expertise. In the absence of the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator, the Clinical Pharmacist will assume the Coordinator's duties.
