This position is located in the Mental Health Service at the Albany VA Medical Center in Albany, New York. The Staff Psychologist functions as part of the outpatient general mental health clinic (Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program - BHIP). The Psychologist provides a variety of treatment modalities in an Outpatient Clinic that meets the diverse needs of Veterans including management of Post­ Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
