Job DescriptionOverview Under general supervision performs complex analyses on a variety of sample types, utilizing independent judgment to generate acceptable test results. Performs as lead by managing workflow, mentoring others and serving as a clinical and technical resource. Key Responsibilities Independently performs responsibilities of MLS I, MLS II and MLS III. Leads quality improvement initiatives as a member of a multi-disciplinary patient care services team. Develops and leads efforts to improve regulatory compliance within and beyond the department. Assists leadership team with interviewing, orienting, training and supervising.
