International Child Life Practicum / Pre-Internship Experience Supervisor
Connect-123 partners with universities to provide career-related practicum and internship programs across the globe. Since 2008, we have run our award-winning child life programs in South Africa and, over the past few years, have developed a 4-week, 120-hour Child Life Practicum in Cape Town, aligned with the ACLP's recommendations for pre-internship experiences and led by certified child life specialists. As part of the experience, our on-site workshops focus on clinical application of developmental theory, cultural humility, and internship preparation.
