Additional Information About the RoleShift information: 8 AM – 5 PMTypes of clients: potential clients for behavioral health services in need of an assessment. Clients are referred from a variety of referral sources in the community, such as hospitals, Behavioral Health Response (BHR)—crisis line, ERs, various programs under the Department of Mental health umbrella of servicesLocation: 1085 Maple St, Farmington, MO 63640 – (Hybrid work schedule – 3 days/week in the office 2 days per week telehealth)Must be fully licensed or provisionally licensed in the state of MO (LMSW/LCSW or PLPC/LPC)Job responsibilities:
