Construction Project Manager
Nemours is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management of renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, and facilities construction projects within the Nemours enterprise. The position will work within the Corporate Facilities Department as a member of the team in delivering the highest level of customer service to Nemours Enterprise. The position will be a key leader in defining the scope to the end-user's project, leading the design process, and managing the installation/renovation/construction and occupancy so projects are on time and on budget. Manages third party vendor contracts as assigned.
