Senior Social Worker - CBOC
SummaryThe Senior Social Worker will be located at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The selected will be independently providing clinical psychosocial and case management services at an advanced practice level - to eligible veterans and their family members - to meet biological - psychological - social - and environmental needs.
