Position Summary

This position works under the direction of the administrative medical director to assist in the implementation of selected portions of the care plan, and perform a variety of direct patient care services through defined protocols/standing orders approved by the administrative medical director.

Education

• Completion of a course of study leading to a high school diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as EMT or paramedic (Required)

Certifications

• Current Arizona Paramedic certification or ability to obtain prior to start date. (Required)
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or the ability to obtain prior to start date. (Required)
• Current PALS or must obtain within 9 months of start date. (Required)
• Current ACLS. (Preferred)
