Genetic Counselor - Neurology SUMMARY: This position is accountable for counseling and case management of pediatric neurology patients . Serves as a liaison between the patient, neurology care team, primary care provider, community agencies and the department, eliciting and providing medical and genetic information in collaboration with the Geneticist and provide psychosocial support. Primarily works out of neurology department with partial time dedicated to seeing neurology specific patients in the genetics clinic. Works independently to see patients and as part of a care team. Works with Hospital leadership to ensure operational effectiveness and market development. REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling. Current Certified Diplomat
